Every wedding reception rental includes:

Use of the main hall for your reception (and ceremony, if desired)

Tables and chairs arranged to your custom floor plan

Basic setup and post‑event cleanup

Access to sound system and space for DJ / band and dance floor

Use of our bar area for cocktail hour and reception

Coordination with our banquet chef on your catering menu

On‑site staff during your event

Optional upgrades: enhanced A/V, specialty lighting, late‑night snacks, and more.

Simple Booking Process

1. Check your date
Submit the short form on this page or call/text us with your preferred date and guest count.

2. Tour the space
Come walk the room, review sample floor plans and menus, and get transparent pricing for your specific event.

3. Lock in your date
Secure your wedding date with a 50% deposit. Not 100% decided yet? We can place a soft hold with a smaller non‑refundable deposit that’s applied to your balance, so you don’t lose the date while you finalize details.

There are many options and amenities that go into planning a successful event. The information below is a general pricing guide, but we encourage you to reach out to us at juxmankato@gmail.com so we can learn more about your plans and provide a custom quote.

Food & Beverage Service

Catering and bar service are available through our pre-approved caterer

Weddings and/or Receptions

Monday – Thursday | $2,000

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays | $3,000

Venue is available Sun.–Thurs. 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Fri. & Sat. 8:00am to midnight

Price includes the use of all table and chairs

Price includes venue set up and cleaning

Stage lights and sound system with sound/lighting technician available for $25/hour

Your event date is fully secured when your contract and 50% of the rental fee is received. If your plans haven’t been completely finalized, we can also put a soft hold on your desired date with a non-refundable $250 deposit, which will be applied toward the cost of your event. If someone else elects to book the same date, you will have 24 hours to confirm or release your booking.
