Where is JUX?

12 Civic Center Plaza, Suite 1700, inside Mankato Place in downtown Mankato, MN 56001.

Where do I park?

Use any of three city ramps: Mankato Place Ramp (425 S. Riverfront Dr.), Second Street Ramp (320 S. Second St.), or Cherry Street Ramp (S. Front & Cherry). City ramps are free after 5 PM on weekdays and all weekend. Check posted signs.

How do I get in?

Head into Mankato Place from any entrance. From the Mankato Place Ramp, enter by the Spotlight Theater. Check in first at our partner JD's Hideaway for food - drinks - or activities, right across the hall, then walk over to JUX.

What's JD's Hideaway?

JUX's partner venue across the hall, with a full bar, food, axe throwing and golf simulators. It's the easiest place to meet up, grab a drink or a bite, and check in before the show.

Is JUX all ages?

All ages are welcome. 18+ can come on their own, under 18 must be with a parent or guardian, and you need to be 21+ with ID to drink. For comedy shows: content may not be suitable for all ages.

Can I get food and drinks?

Yes. The bar is open during events, with concession-style snacks at shows. Full food is available at JD's Hideaway before the show (Kitchen open until 10pm).

Where do I buy tickets?

Buy Online through Ticketleap for house promoted events. All ticket links on EVENTS page.

What time should I arrive?

Doors usually open an hour before showtime. Check your event's listing for exact times.

What's your refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. If an event is canceled, ticket holders get a full refund to their original payment method. If an event is postponed, tickets carry over to the new date, or you can request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
Can't make it? Email [events@juxhq.com] at least 48 hours before the event and include your name, the event, and your order number. We'll do our best to transfer your ticket to a future show. All refund and transfer requests must come through that email so we have a record of them.

Is JUX accessible?

Yes. JUX is wheelchair and handicap accessible. If you have specific needs, email [events@juxhq.com] before your show and we'll help you plan your visit.
